Clinical Skills
Gain knowledge through this series that focuses on how different Ayurvedic practitioners conduct examinations, create diagnoses, recommend therapies, and manage different disorders.
Digestion and Nutrition
The six tastes and the specific action of each as well as the potent energy of food and its post-digestive effects.
Dinacharya
Practical Ayurvedic principles, including daily routines, seasonal routines, and disease prevention; yoga for everyday health, including lectures on nutrition for balancing the doshas.
Ethics and Business Management
Explore the ethics of the Ayurvedic profession, as well as opportunities for advancing one’s knowledge in the field.
Etiology and Pathology of Disease
Learn about etiology, digestion, assimilation, elimination, and the disease process.
History and Philosophy of Ayurveda

Psychology from an Ayurvedic Perspective

Pulse Diagnosis
The basics for assessing the state of the doshas, organs, and tissues; the stages of disease; and the mental state.
Sanskrit
Training in the Sanskrit language, including the alphabet, rules, grammar, and use of Sanskrit dictionaries. Sanskrit is yoga for the mouth and the brain. It improves memory and exercises the neural pathways, which can help to retain brain function as we age and relieve stress. As a vibrational language, the way that words are spoken is integral to their healing properties—instruction in and knowledge of Sanskrit is necessary for the true integration of Ayurvedic knowledge.
Yoga and Ayurveda
Explore the doshas and how they relate to asana and pranayama practice.
Note Certification as an Ayurvedic Consultant requires prior or concurrent completion of two semesters of college level anatomy and physiology, as well as completion of a clinical intensive.
