A solid foundation for cultivating the benefits of yoga in your life.
Doctors and health professionals are recommending yoga for preventative health, to treat a variety of ailments, and for psychoemotional healing. This week, you will be guided by a senior-level team of yoga teachers as well as a mind-body physician in learning the basics of Kripalu Yoga, both on and off the yoga mat. You will take home the tools, knowledge, and inspiration you need to make yoga a regular part of your life.
This program is for people who want to

- Master Class: Yogic Philosophy and History
- Foundational postures
- How to arrange the postures into a comprehensive flow that you can practice at home
- Basic yogic breathing techniques
- Anatomy and yoga

- The yoga of healing
- How to apply yogic principles to your life “off the mat”
Your program also includes the following:
- 50-minute Private Kripalu Yoga Session,
